Correction for the previous announcement, a material error was mentioned regarding the date of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, as the announcement was published in Al-Qabas and Al-Anba newspapers issued on 10/05/2020 that the date set on 03/06/2020, as the correct date for its convening what was disclosed in Kuwait Bourse website is 27/05/2020.

If the quorum is not completed, the adjourned Ordinary General Assembly Meeting will be held on 10/06/2020
