Mr. Ben Essa has a considerable experience in social, investment and economic fields where he was active for more than 54 years. He occupied the position of chairman of the board of directors of several companies, including HOT for Engineering and Constructions, Marine Contracting and Services Company, Al-Ahlia Investment Company, CEO for Sultan Ben Essa Sons, Founder & Chairman of Salmiyah Cooperative Society, Chairman of The Graduates Society and many other leading commercial enterprises. He served as member of Kuwait National Assembly for several terms. His career includes the chairmanship of the Board of Directors of Al Imtiaz Group Investment Company from 2005 to 2010, and has been chairman of the Group’s the Board of Directors since 2013.
Mr. Ben Essa graduated with a bachelor degree in Aviation Engineering from Purdue University, USA (1965) and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University, USA (1966).
Mr. Al-Jassar’s field experience spans over 34 years in the financial, industrial, and real estate sectors at the local and regional levels. During the course of his career, he served as Vice Chairman of Al Imtiaz Investment Group from 2005 to 2010, and has been the Group’s Vice Chairman since 2017.
Mr. Al-Jassar holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Cairo University, Egypt (1971).

Currently, he is a Board member of Al Imtiaz Investment Group since 2013.
