To file a complaint, please fill the Complaints Form and send it.

Attention: Head of Clients Complaints Unit
or Call Customer Complaints 22301313 / 22301314
or In person to the department concerned with receiving and
handling client complaints (Al-Dhow Tower – 9
th Floor).
If the complaint is submitted in person, the client shall
receive a copy of the complaint form along with an initial/
stamp of the recipient and date of receipt.
